Fernco celebrates opening of new manufacturing and distribution center

Fernco, Inc celebrated a grand opening on Oct.10 for a new manufacturing and distribution facility located in Davison, Mich. The event was attended by employees and companies who have impacted Fernco’s success.

Just as the Detroit Tigers are always looking to improve performance on the field, the operations staff at Comerica Park is looking to do the same. Comerica Park's Senior Services Manager Ed Goward contacted a local plumbing distributor to investigate upgrading the plumbing at the facility. This local plumbing distributor recommended a newly developed Wax Free Urinal Seal™ manufactured by Fernco, Inc., based in Davison, Michigan.

Fernco Inc. has received UPC approval by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) for their Urinal Seal product.

Fernco Announces Yet Another "Fernco First" Made in USA Wax Free Urinal Seal

Fernco has pioneered yet another innovative product solution for the repair or new installation of a leak-free, hassle-free and worry-free wax free urinal seal.

This wax free urinal seal is made of flexible PVC and features a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive for a water-tight, gas-tight and odor-tight seal. It will not absorb moisture and is impervious to mold and mildew.

It has been tested to the requirements of ASTM A 1045 and is Patent Pending.
